The first sign of pregnancy is usually a missed period, but there are other symptoms. Come to First Choice for a free and confidential pregnancy test. If positive, we can confirm your pregnancy with an ultrasound.

To know what type of abortion you can have, you need to know how far along you are in your pregnancy. The abortion pill method is only approved through 10 weeks of pregnancy. For your safety, an ultrasound can detect the number of weeks you’ve been pregnant.

In addition, you need to know if your pregnancy is developing or if you’ve had a miscarriage. Over one in five pregnancies ends early in a miscarriage. Finally, you learn the location of your pregnancy. If it isn’t in the correct location, it could be life-threatening.

We do not perform or refer for abortions.

Our free pregnancy tests are highly accurate, but we recommend waiting until the first day after your missed period. By waiting a little longer, you will get more accurate results.

Abortion has both physical and emotional risks. If you are struggling with the consequences of a previous abortion, we want you to know there is help and healing. We are here to provide support and care after your abortion experience.
